2024澳门新资料大全免费研究员,国家级海外高层次引进人才,单细胞中心生物信息组组长。本科毕业于中国海洋大学生命科学专业,研究生毕业于美国奥本大学水生生物学专业,随后在美国贝勒医学院开展表观遗传学博士后研究。长期专注于水生生物基因组、转录组与拉曼代谢表型组等多组学研究。曾建立基因转录异常检测、微生物单细胞基因组混合建库、高通量拉曼光谱分析等一系列新技术与数据分析方法,并以此揭示了mRNA转录异常、染色质结构缺陷、衰老调控等多个分子生物学领域关键通路的调控机制,相关研究结果以第一或通讯作者发表在Nature Aging, Protein & Cell, Analytical Chemistry, Communication biology等期刊,承担多项国家和省部级科研项目。目前研究主要以海洋微藻和海洋微型生物为对象,开展基因组、转录组、拉曼代谢组及蛋白质组等多组学融合算法与数据分析软件包的开发。
